Encounter is the ideal health-risk assessment tool. By coupling easy to answer surveys with a short list of vital entries, Encounter scores each risk assessment so that the participant knows where they stand when it comes to their health. Encounter iPad is not a stand alone app, it is a companion app to our health risk assessment ecosystem. To set up the Encounter health risk assessment app you login in the top left corner with your Encounter credentials. This will then pair your Encounter to the location where the assessments will be conducted. Now that your app is setup to that location, you can have your clients create accounts or login. Clients can now take new assessments or view past assessments they have taken to compare their results. For more information about Encounter contact LifeWallet for additional details.

- After Encounter by LifeWallet is downloaded, you'll see an INSTALL button to the right. Tap on it to start the actual installation of the iOS app.
- Once installation is finished you can tap on the OPEN button to start it. Its icon will also be added to your device home screen.
